How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
Test results take time to reach us, so please do not ring us before you have been asked to do so.
When you take your test, you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
Enquiries about tests ordered by a hospital should be directed to that hospital and not the practice.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your online services account
- phone on 01622 753 920 or visit us and we will tell you what the results are
